“I really did like the course. The main aspect I found the most comforting was that we could go at our own pace and there was no rush to learn it all. In the beginning I was constantly rushing myself, but by the end I allowed myself to make mistakes and learn from them and therefore I felt I learned more that way. I also liked having the instructor there to check in with us after every chapter we finished. It helped me feel accomplished when he would say that I mastered the chapter and could move on to the next one…..This course helped me rediscover my love of learning new things…..My coach was really helpful and he had a great sense of humor.
“I’m now at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, in the honors program. I’ve decided to do a double major despite the extra work. With that and sorority, I’m really busy but able to handle it." A.S. (18 years old)
We coach high school and college students in the
learning and self-management techniques they need to master all their
courses. Teens get better grades and, as a result, become happier, more
motivated, and confident about school. After all, going to school is a
teen’s full time job—about 1600 hours per year--yet
most do not have the job skills essential for academic success. As a
result many students enter a downward spiral of mediocre grades and
falling motivation. What’s worse is that they come to negative
conclusions about themselves that limit and shape the rest of their
lives.
Our proven program has helped more than 300,000 teens develop the skills, habits, and attitudes that empower them to succeed in school. The program is individualized and self-paced. Most teens will finish in about 30 hours but the tuition covers all the time your teen needs to master these essential skills that last a lifetime.
We have tried to answer many questions about our approach and success
